Baked Bass with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. split split or fillets
  2. seasoned mash potatoes
  3. hot water
  4. butter

Directions:

Split the fish (or use fillets as pictured) and stuff with seasoned mashed potatoes. Put a little boiling water and a tablespoonful of butter into the baking-pan, and baste frequently while cooking.
