Stuffed Baked Bass


  1. cupful of breadcrumbs
  2. melted butter
  3. Worcestershire sauce
  4. tomato catsup
  5. minced parsley
  6. minced onion
  7. minced olives
  8. lemon-juice
  9. salt and pepper
  10. paprika


Make a stuffing of one cupful of breadcrumbs, one teaspoonful each of melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, tomato catsup, minced parsley, minced onion, minced olives or pickles, lemon-juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste, and sufficient cold water to moisten. Sew up the fish and bake as usual. Serve with tartar Sauce.
