bacon bass

Baked Bass a La Newport

Ingredients:

  1. bass
  2. bacon
  3. butter
  4. salt

Directions:

Clean the fish, gash the top place a teaspoon on butter in the fish, season with salt and pepper, and cover with thin slices of bacon. Pour a little boiling water into the pan and bake slowly, basting as required. Serve with Bacon.
