Boiled Sea-Bass With Melted Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. sea bass
  2. salt
  3. pepper
  4. butter
  5. olive oil
  6. parsley
  7. lemon-juice
  8. white pepper
  9. nutmeg

Directions:

Select a large fish, clean, and split. Season with salt and pepper, rub with olive-oil, and broil carefully.. Drain, garnish with parsley, and serve with a sauce made by melting half a cupful of butter with the juice of a lemon, and seasoning with white pepper and a little grated nutmeg.
