Cold Bass With Tartar Sauce


  1. bass
  2. court bouillon
  3. parsley
  4. pickles
  5. olives
  6. capers
  7. mayonnaise
  8. cucumbers


Boil the fish in court bouillon and drain. Chop fine parsley, pickles, olives, and capers. Mix with a stiff Mayonnaise and spread
over the fish. Serve with a border of sliced cucumbers.
