Deep Fried Black Bass

Simple Deep Fried Black Bass


  1. black bass
  2. pepper
  3. salt
  4. oil
  5. flour
  6. lemon


Scale, clean, and cut up the fish, season with salt and pepper, dredge with flour, and fry in deep file of your choice. Serve with your favorite side dish and tarter sauce.
