Fried Bass With Bacon


  1. bass
  2. pepper
  3. salt
  4. olive-oil
  5. parsley
  6. lemon


Clean and cut up the fish, season with pepper and salt, roll in flour, and fry in hot olive-oil. Serve with strips of bacon fried separately. Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve with french fried potatoes.
