Deep Fried Tilapia and Parmesan


  1. Tilapia
  2. parmesan cheese
  3. oil
  4. vinegar
  5. salt and pepper
  6. thyme
  7. bay-leaves
  8. flour
  9. egg
  10. bread-crumbs
  11. lemon
  12. parsley


Clean the fish and cut into thick slices. Soak for an hour in a marinade of oil and vinegar, season with salt, pepper, thyme, bay- leaves, and chopped onion. Drain, dip in flour, then in beaten egg, then in bread-crumbs,
mixed with Parmesan cheese. Fry in deep vegetable and garnish with lemon and parsley.
