Three Ways to Fry Catfish

Ingredients:

  1. catfish
  2. butter
  3. salt and pepper
  4. Worcestershire sauce
  5. vinegar
  6. egg
  7. bread crumbs
  8. corn meal
  9. flour
  10. olive-oil

Directions:

One: Clean and cut the fish in squares. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Dip in egg, then in crumbs or corn meal, and fry in deep fat.

Two: Skin and clean the fish, cut into pieces. dredge with seasoned flour, and fry in butter in a frying-pan.

Three:  Clean and cut the fish in squares. Soak for an hour in olive-oil and vinegar, dip in egg and bread crumbs, and fry in oil.
