Three Ways to Fry Tilapia

Ingredients:

  1. Tilapia
  2. olive-oil
  3. vegetable oil
  4. butter
  5. flour
  6. bouillon cube
  7. Cream
  8. bread crumbs
  9. salt and pepper
  10. milk

Directions:

One: Soak the fish over night in salt water. Drain, rinse in cold water, season with pepper and salt, dredge in flour, and fry in butter.

Two: Cook the tilapia in one bouillon cube and some water, drain, and cut in slices. Cover with a very thick Cream and let cool. Dip in bread crumbs, then in egg and crumbs, and fry in vegatable oil.

Three: Clean the fish and cut it into convenient pieces. Dip in milk then in seasoned flour, and fry in olive oil.
